01. IS SELLIA BUYING THE INVENTORY?
Sellia is a service provider (like a consultancy firm). Under no circumstances we will buy your goods or be considered as a wholesaler, nor an importer. You will be the owner and responsible for the goods until they are effectively sold to consumers.
02. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT TAXES AND VAT/GST?
You are responsible for import taxes and VAT/GST matters. We will offer our support to manage it efficiently.
We will also provide advice to lower the taxes when possible.
03. CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AT ANYTIME?
Yes, you can change your monthly subscription anytime, but each started month will be fully due.
The change of plan will appear on your next bill cycle.
04. I DON’T NEED WAREHOUSING, NOR SHIPPING SERVICES, CAN I STILL WORK WITH SELLIA?
Yes, this is not mandatory to use our supply chain and logistics services.
You can choose any of our subscription plans. But, be aware that the prices will remain the same.
05. IN WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE INVOICED EACH MONTH?
Our prices are indicated in U.S. dollars to make it easier for our clients to get a clear picture of their costs with us. However, the invoices for our subscriptions and pay-per-use extra services will have to be paid in Singapore dollars.
06. ARE YOUR PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
No. Our prices are not negotiable. We think we offer perfect all-in solutions with several amazing services to serve your interests at its best. Only the commission based on net sales is negotiable.
